Rental Rates
A booking request can be made by completing our on-line form, by phone on 07976 512543 or by email to copsecottage@outlook.com. We will confirm availability by email and show your reservation as provisional on the calendar.
Changeover days are flexible; please enquire. Arrival time is no earlier than 3pm and departure by 10am. Our minimum stay is 3 nights (7 nights in mid summer).
All prices include bedlinen, electricity and WiFi. Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot. Please bring your own dog blankets. Our cottage is strictly no smoking.
In accordance with our enhanced cleaning regime, we prefer not to provide towels and teacloths, and will offer a discount if you can bring your own.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

We also request a refundable Security Deposit of £50.00 per booking - this will be refunded in full within 7 days of your departure, provided the cottage is left in good, clean order and with no breakages. We reserve the right to make a deduction from this deposit if damage/breakages occur.
We will be pleased to offer a discount if you can bring your own towels and teacloths - please enquire.
Payment by Paypal please - details will be provided on receipt of your enquiry. Provisional bookings will be held for 48 hours pending receipt of your deposit, amounting to 25% of the total holiday cost (excluding Security Deposit) - receipt of the 25% deposit will secure your booking. The 25% deposit is non-refundable.
Payment of the balance and Security Deposit will be due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
