Nice little 2 bedroom place. Perfect for a small family. Very quite. Place was lovely and clean with good cooking facilities. Communication with owner was great. Lovely huge sandy beach Near by. You do need a car to get about.

Excellent and sparking accommodation just outside Minehead but near to shops and facilities. Everything was as described and Janet was a great host providing clear and accurate information all the way through the booking process. Highly recommended and great value for money.

We stayed a week for the third year in a row with our dog and this year brought my wife's elderly mother along. Great location -- a very short drive into the centre of Minehead, and on the road to Dunster and other attractions. We will be back!

My family and I recently spent a very enjoyable 3 night stay at Copse Cottage The cottage was perfect for our needs (3 adults,2 young grandchildren and a dog!),spotlessly clean and well equipped, and ideally situated for visiting the many attractions of West Somerset. Would highly recommend this property.

Had a fine stay at Copse Cottage. The Cottage is modern and spacious, well-lit and airy, with two bedrooms and a large living room/kitchen area. Janet has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The location, just outside Minehead, was perfect for us. Off the road and quiet, but giving easy access to Minehead or to the roads leading to outdoor attractions in Exmoor. One can take walks right from the front door, either into Minehead or up a little country lane behind the property. Very nice!

We really enjoyed our stay. We all felt relaxed and comfortable.

I booked this lovely cottage for my elderly mum and myself and it was perfect. The lovely upside down layout of the cottage was so cosy. There was everything you needed inside the cottage for a comfortable stay, with the addition of a log burner. The location is perfect, just outside Minehead and not far from Porlock or beautiful Dunster. I would definitely recommend this cottage for couples and small families.

A quiet enough location but still with all the amenities you need either a walk or a short drive away. A lovely well equipped "up side down" cottage lovingly cared for and maintained.

We stayed here during October this year. The Cottage is situated in a great location, the lane takes you up the hill and onto the edge of Exmoor making it ideal for those who enjoy walking. You have shops within a ten minute walk down the road and to walk into Minehead town itself is not much further. There is plenty of parking space outside. The Cottage itself is tastefully decorated and the bedrooms have good storage with numerous wardrobes and chests of drawers. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

Great place, everything you need for a self catered short break.

We have just returned from the cottage, a lovely place to stay, so clean and well maintained, very comfortable super bed.!! Ideal for touring the Somerset coastline, lovely walks. Will hope to be able to return.

Well situated location in a group of cottages. Parking was ample. The space was a perfect size with comfy beds and a good shower. Very clean but basic furnishings. Would stay again.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Wi-fi was excellent, and mobile reception (Vodafone) fine. Very convenient to the local beaches and other destinations. Janet was a great host - prompt and helpful communication.

We stayed at this lovely cottage for a week. We are a family of 3 with a 9 year old daughter. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. It was very spacious with everything we needed. It was close to amenities and handy for Minehead. The booking was straightforward without any problems. We would highly recommend a stay here to anyone. Great value for money.

Wonderful little holiday cottage, we had a lovely time! We're going back for longer next time. Perfect base for a week away in Somerset with the added bonus of great wifi and loads of parking. Copse Cottage is just a few minutes drive to the town, a fab fish and chip shop and a large supermarket so there is everything you need close by but the cottage itself is so peaceful because it's set back off the main road down a little lane that leads you right into Dunster Forest which is beautiful... and the dog loved it! It's just a 10 minute walk from the cottage itself. So many things to do for a family... seafront, rides, castle, steam train, forest walks and Exmoor. Highly recommended to couples and small families.
